If you're like me, you love a good contest or sweepstakes. But online with as many as you can tell them all apart? I find it easiest to fall into three categories: national brand contests, website contests, and affiliate program contests. While not every online competition fits into one of these categories fit most good.
National Fire Giveaways
National brand giveaways are my favorites. They tend to be the biggest payouts, with the least haveOpportunity to sell your data. The price includes many holidays, cars, and large cash prizes. In addition, there are usually several smaller prizes awarded in addition to the great prices.
Various elections Web sites collect national brand contests, sweepstakes, and earn no income from your participation. The national brands sponsor these contests, especially in an effort to achieve the visibility and publicity. Some start sending coupons or promotions, butonly if you check a box that you allow. Apart from the electoral lists, you can see these contests by visiting your favorite national brands online.
The national brand giveaways can also take the form of contests or essay contests recipe. Often they are tied to big events such as holidays, sporting events, movie premieres and awards shows. Examples of the sponsors of the national brand giveaways include Procter & Gamble, Oprah, strength, and Disney.
WebsiteFreebies
Smaller companies often have low-budget contests on their websites as a means to track website traffic. The website giveaways are also a way for you to sign up for a newsletter or mailing list companies. That's not to say that the battles are not worth denying access. In fact, your odds are probably much better than the national brand contests.
Contest websites directories that feature national brand giveaways oftenmany of the smaller competitions and freebie. A good example of the smaller freebie site is Usborne pounds. You can use these contests by visiting Competition directories or find only by searching for your favorite types of products in a search engine with the word "competition." The chances are good that you stumble over them on your own.
Signup Survey Competitions
Survey competitions are an entirely different animal. Although this function is sometimes anational brand like the price, they are not in any way connected with, that the national brand. You have carefully read the fine print on the website.
As far as I can tell, is the motive for collecting applications compete for your data to collect for the use of (usually) by third parties. The downside of this is that you get added to the list, where you get a lot of spam (e-mail junk mail), to. The up side is that you are often a means for free samples or discounts received fromManufacturer. The motivation on the part of the website directory where the link in the rule that the website will be paid per number of entries.
They are mostly found in those directories, or competition as part of advertising. You can also search for the word "survey" and your specific area of interest, and you will quickly find hundreds of them.
Competitions in General
The bottom line with all these competitions is to know what you are doing.Read the pressure from every box on the screen before you decide whether it is worth giving the competition. All kinds of giveaways listed above may be legitimate if done correctly. A tip that I give everyone is to set up a separate email account for your competition entries. In the event that you get put on a spam list, you should protect your personal or business account for too much traffic, or even viruses.
