As I mentioned in the previous article about fundraising events that will follow-up article in special event fundraising style deepen packages offered by suppliers.

All of these are in my book, Fundraising Success!, So that my comments are short and sweet cover of this pre-packed event offering.

The first article in this series talked about the search for fundraising events that:

Are easy to do

Not cost much

Ask a lot of money

Of course, there is no single answer, no "one size fits all" perfect solution, so that we can discuss more vendor offerings for each of these different types of fundraising events.

Funny Beauty Pageant

Everybody loves fundraising events that easy to do. One of my favorites that we had touched in the previous article, "Almost Queen for a Day".

By the supplier as an event Dubbed-in-a-box, comes this fun fundraising event with everything you need, except> Participants and a compere.

Of course you are some kind of stage and room for your paying public need, preferably a school auditorium. But you can also use a large meeting room, as long as your participants have a place to exhibit it.

Participants dress up in silly costumes, throw them together in order to outdo each other in the commission of serious fashion faux Paux too.

The script remains in the hands of the master of ceremonies who introduces each participant with aOmitted backstory. The participants have only one question - she laughs at milking their presentation for additional focus can answer.

In addition to the fun, male participants strut their stuff cheers and whistles. The winner will be chosen in response from the audience and receives several prizes goofy, that create more serenity.

All in all, "Almost Queen for a Day" is a winner in the easy to do fundraising events category.

The cost for the scriptand instructions is $ 125

Mondo Yard Sale

A fundraising event, which does not cost much, is having a "Mondo Yard Sale," usually as a group effort coordinated and carried out in a high traffic, such as a school or church parking lot.

As with any yard sale, is the advance publicity as simple as putting up signs advertising the event.

Have your trailer clean up their closets, attics, and garages for unwanted items. Do not bother with individual quantities of anything. Onlyput it out for display with other similar items to get what you can for each piece.

A multi-family yard sale, as is starting to draw shoppers in droves Saturday morning, so ready early. Expect your first customers on the proverbial dawn.

A good mix of products is because not all buyers will be helpful to the same things. Popular products are furniture, tools, clothing and toys.

You can increase your donations, volunteers, and net proceedsby offering a split of donors of large purchases. You get rid of the old lawn mower, and if it sellsfor $ 40, they keep $ 20.

Do not forget, in a little give and take involved with your customers. Part of the fun is about a yard sale bargains, so make sure that all your sellers understand the art of the deal.

Charity Golf Tournament

In our category of fundraising events to consider making a lot of money to the charity golf tournament.

This fundraisingEvents combine a fun activity with your needy cause in a way that you can have multiple ways to raise money.

The first area is a profit to add markers to the standard green fee. An additional $ 25 per head can rapidly in a big tournament.

As a charity, you can also receive a discount on the fees that can be up to 50% off on the right track if you slowly pick a day in the rule.

Another way that you can make money in golf fundraising events is thatYour participants seek sponsorships from family and friends. This can be as simple as asking for a donation of $ 1 a hole from each of their sponsors.

Or your golf fundraising events can also be something a little more complicated, such as an amount per stroke or making a donation if their quartet wins a hole in a best ball format.

You can also try to sponsorship from local businesses in a way that they can promote their business. Using approaches such as signage on the tee and greenIdentification of the enterprises, in particular, hole sponsorship.

For larger events, you can work with suppliers that may contain a hole-in-One prices, packages for the winners, etc.

These companies specialize in the coordination and implementation of this type of fundraising events, so that the work makes a greater contribution to your group and will require focus.

My recommendation for a good company is Champion golf event.

We are the place in this article. The nextRate in our series on the fundraising events provide another series of fun events. Choose from fundraising events that are low in cost, fun to do, and make lots of money.

Is not that what you want your fundraising events to be?

These types of events require a lot of effort to promote, coordinate and implement. Many layers of volunteers are required for all positions for these two types of fundraisers employees.

A key aspect of the revenues that flow from a particularEvents such as auctions and athlete-a-thons is a strong personal tie-in.

With an auction, people will spend more money than they would normally do, because it is both bargains and taxes are involved.

With a school-athlete-a-thon, the personal tie-in is a direct sponsorship of performances of a child.

The personal relationship is the strongest motivation for opening the wallet in their entirety. Be sure to always include this aspect in the implementation of your planPlace.

In the next article in this series, I offer some specific advice on suppliers, who have before, packaged offerings for event-style fundraiser.
